i realize a lot of my pictures deal with sunrises and sunsets, pretty fields lit up by sunlight, or rays of light shining through to something. either way, photography would be so much less without the sun. sure, artificial light exists, but psh. nothing compares to the real thing right? so. i was thinking, there must be like a zillion pictures/paintings/drawings/artistic interpretations of the sun and i think its cool/cute/funny that they're the same sun. one sun. ONE. just millions/billions/zillions of different forms. i think it's cool. its the ultimate shapeshifter/drawingshifter.
so thank you mr. sun!

i love getting messages that say "so and so has added your picture ______ to their favorites". or just getting positive comments on my pictures! i've never gotten any feedback on any pictures of mine before, except for maybe a "that's pretty" from a few friends and family. and even then, i thought it was a pity compliment. this is a wonderful feeling (:
